These terms govern your use of the Voyce AI mobile application and the services at voyceai.io ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Voyce AI turns voice recordings and footage you provide into short-form videos and, at your explicit request, publishes them to social media accounts you connect (such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok).
You own the recordings and footage you provide and the videos generated from them. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and — only when you request it — publish that content on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for the content you choose to publish.
Publishing to a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms. In particular, by using the YouTube features of the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Voyce AI's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You agree not to use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. We may suspend accounts that do.
The Service is provided "as is". Generated content is produced by AI and should be reviewed before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
