Voyce AI ("Voyce AI", "we", "us") is a mobile application that turns your voice memos and event footage into short-form videos and publishes them to social platforms you connect — such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok — at your explicit request. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Voyce AI mobile app and the services at voyceai.io.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or personal information for advertising.
We use a small number of third-party services to provide specific functions. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
| Provider | Function | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | Speech-to-text transcription | Your voice recordings |
| Anthropic | Script and caption generation | Transcripts and prompts |
| ElevenLabs | AI voiceover synthesis | Generated scripts |
| Creatomate | Video rendering | Media assets for your video |
| Cloud storage (S3-compatible) | Storing recordings and rendered media | Your media files |
| Expo | Push notification delivery | Device push token |
| Meta (Instagram), Google (YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn | Publishing your videos when you request it | The finished video, caption, and the OAuth token for your connected account |
Your Google user data (see below) is never shared with the AI providers listed above.
Voyce AI uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your YouTube channel and publish videos to it. By using the YouTube features in Voyce AI, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy describes how Google handles your data.
When you connect your YouTube channel, we request the
youtube.upload and youtube.readonly OAuth scopes.
Through them we access and store only:
We do not read your subscriptions, watch history, comments, analytics, or any other channel data.
These credentials are used exclusively to (a) upload videos that you created in Voyce AI to your own channel, and only when you explicitly tap publish, and (b) display which channel is connected. We never publish, modify, or delete anything on your channel without your explicit request.
Tokens and channel identifiers are stored in our application database, transmitted only over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, and accessible only to the application service. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never shared with any third party except Google's own APIs when acting on your request.
Voyce AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time inside the app (Accounts tab), which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke Voyce AI's access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
All traffic between the app, our servers, and third-party APIs uses HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to production systems is restricted to the operators of the service.
Voyce AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
